VOTE
The Philadelphia Inquirer
This project was a full-page spread for the Philadelphia Inquirer before the 2024 election. The aim was to showcase local Philadelphia artists who illustrated “Vote Pins” to show a youthful outlook on the election and to encourage locals to get out and vote.
My approach was to set a landscape of humans interacting with the Earth’s environment to create a positive and hopeful outlook.
Process
As a quick turnaround published work I quickly started to ideate and sketch in Photoshop, doing a value study and viewing it at print size helped me find the information to be readable before I pushed it to the final.
